Please register for programs early to avoid programs from being canceled due to lack of participation. All SPRD programs require a minimum number of participants in order to run a program. Payment is due at the time of registration. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Out of District Fee Policy
Residents who live outside of the Sisters Park & Recreation District boundaries are encouraged to participate in all programs. However, since out of district residents do not pay property taxes to support the Sisters Park & Recreation District, they will be charged an additional fee:
• One day programs = $5.00 Out of District Fee
• Two or more day programs = $10.00 Out of District Fee

Credits and Refunds
If your plans change and you cannot attend a program, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds and credits are readily granted for:
• Programs that we cancel for lack of registration.
• 100% refund is given if you notify us 5 days in advance.
• 50% refund is given if you notify us 3-4 days in advance
• No credits or refunds will be issued when we are notified 2 days or less from the start of the program.
• Program fees are not refunded or pro-rated for participants who miss portions of programs.
Refunds will be credited to your account and can be used for other Sisters Park & Recreation District programs or upon request, we can prepare a refund check for you. There is a $5.00 processing fee for refund checks and they may take up to 3 weeks to process.
*If you register on line and cancel a program the registration processing/convenience fee is NOT refundable.
No News is Good News
Unless you hear from us, Go to your program or activity. We will call you if:
• The program is canceled
• There is a change in the program
• The program is full
Check Policy
If your check is returned to us, you will be asked to replace the check with cash, cashiers check or money order plus a $20.00 processing fee.
Fee Assistance
If you need assistance with program registration fees, please download and complete the Scholarship Application and return to SPRD community Center We have scholarship funds available for families that qualify for assistance. Scholarship eligibility follows federal guidelines for free/reduced meals. Scholarships will have expiration dates and may be terminated if accounts become past due. No scholarship will be awarded to a customer who has a past due balance.
