SOAR Teen Programs

Welcome to the SOAR Teen Center 

The SOAR staff is very busy planning a great summer for Sisters teens.
 
The Teen Center at the SOAR Community Center is a safe, supervised environment where teens can hang out with friends, listen to music, play pool, skateboard, study, play disc golf and lots more!

Healthy snacks and drinks are available for purchase.  Pop Corn is always free.
 
Youth can come and go throughout the day.  A one time, no-charge registration is requested for teens using the center.  This registration provides us very important contact names and phone numbers in the event of an emergency.  It also allows us to apprise your family of upcoming events and activities offered by the Teen Center, and important Teen Center announcements.
 
It is requested that youth sign in and out of the center.

Teen Center Summer Hours:

Mo, Tue, Th, Fr  - 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
 
Wednesday - Teen Center is closed for off-site activities
 

Other Activities are as follows:

Tuesdays - Art Demonstration project days - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Wednesdays  - Off Site Activities offered - Registration is required (see activity schedule)
Thursdays - On Site planned activities - No registration required - see calendar
Fridays - BBQ Lunch - 12:30 pm  $1.00 hotdog / hamburger (includes chips)

We are also looking for a way to offer free sack lunches during the summer.   If the youth in your family could be served by a sack lunch program, please let us know but contacting the SOAR office

The SOAR Teen Center welcomes all Middle School youth going into 6th grade though 8th grade only.
