Tackle Football

6th Grade
For most participants this is their first experience in tackle football, therefore our coaching staff is dedicated to teach proper safety techniques and fundamentals that can be built upon in later years.  They will experience the value in teamwork and strategy. The Sisters team will participate in the Bend Metro Park and Recreation District League.  Practice will be held during the week and games are in Bend on Sundays.

Flag Football

Grades 3-5
This is where it all starts in Outlaw football. Our youth flag football program is designed to teach basic fundamentals, skills and team work that will help transition participants to the next level. Practice will be one to two days a week with games on Saturday mornings

Girls Volleyball

Grade 3rd, 4th, & 5th
Improve your skills and gain more experience on the court.  This league is designed to teach beginning to intermediate players fundamentals and improve technique that will help them move to the next level. One team in each grade level will be participating in the Bend Metro Park and Recreation District youth volleyball league.  We are in need of experienced volunteer coaches for our teams.  Games and practices will be held during the week.

Girls Volleyball

6th Grade
Join Midge Rose and other 6th grade girls for a great volleyball season through Bend Metro Parks and Recreation District Volleyball League. This is a great opportunity for beginning to advanced volleyball players to gain experience on the court and improve their skills.   SOAR is now taking sign ups for our own Sisters team.  Games and Practices will be held during the week.

Youth Basketball League

Join us for fun and learning.  Coaches will focus on teaching sportsmanship, basic skills and a love for the game.  Two leagues will be formed, 3rd and 4th graders will play together and 5th and 6th together.  Practice will be during the week and games on Saturday mornings.

Sisters Tournament Team Basketball

Boys and Girls Grades 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th
If you're looking for a more competitive basketball league, tryout for the Sisters Tournament Team.  Try outs are open to intermediate to advanced players who are wanting to gain more experience on the court.  Each team will participate in the New Sisters Shootout Tournament Series as well as the possibly traveling to other tournaments.  Practice will be held at the coach's discretion.

Sports Conditioning Workshop

Grade 6 - 12
Any athlete at any level can participate in this workshop.  Participants will learn conditioning techniques to increase speed, strength and agility. Goal setting and basic information on program design will be taught.

This program will help participants improve motor skills while they learn the basic rules of their favorite sports.  Each participant will earn an award at the end of camp.

USA Wrestling

Age 4 - 16
This is a fun and exciting opportunity for young athletes to explore a new sport. Coach, Gene O'Brien, will practice with the participants Monday through Friday 3 pm - 4:30 pm at the middle school.  He has also scheduled a number of local tournaments for the participants.


Golf Clinic

Ages 7 - 17
Let the professionals at Aspen Lakes Golf Course help you work on your game.  The pros will focus on your full swing, pitch shots, chipping and putting.  This is a great opportunity for first time golfers and experienced players to work with the pros.
