Paint Like The Masters In Oils

Conditional Supply Fee:

There is a $20 supply rental fee, paid directly to the instructor at the beginning of the workshop, for anyone who would like to have the following supplies provided by the instructor.  The instructors do not accept credit cards, so be sure to bring cash or a check with you.  No supply fee for those who bring their own supplies.  Please indicate your preference when registering for this workshop.
Required Supplies:
Palette (Styrofoam plate works well)
Turpenoid
Paper towels or rags
6x6, 5x7or 8x10 primed (GESSOED) painting panels
(AMPERSAND makes nice gesso board )
or small 6x6, 5x7 or 8x10 stretched canvases
Liquin medium (Windsor Newton)
Refined linseed oil (optional)
Brush cleaning jar
#2 pencil, sketchbook, or paper, & kneaded eraser
Oil Paints:
titanium white OR Permalba white,
primary yellow,(lemon yellow OR  hansa yellow)
primary red, (quinacradone red OR a rose red)
cool and warm blue, (ultramarine blue AND pthalo blue)
Pthalo turquoise liquid acrylic for underpainting (Golden)
Venetian red acrylic for underpainting (or iron oxide red)
Oil brushes:
Size  4, 6, 8 flat or angler - either in bristle or nylon (Your preference)
Small detail brush
