Altered Postcards

Curiosity, enthusiasm and a healthy sense of humor required.  Wear Casual clothes.  Bring your own Ephemera to collage postcards - Ephemera is best described as old paper goods, old photographs, decorative papers, sheet music, postcards, school yearbooks, maps, postage stamps, bits of antique lace, rubberstamps, buttons, shells, keys, items from nature.

Conditional Supply Fee:  There is a $25 supply rental fee, paid directly to the instructor at the beginning of the workshop, for anyone who would like to have the following supplies provided by the instructor.  The instructors do not accept credit cards, so be sure to bring cash or a check with you.  No supply fee for those who bring their own supplies.  Please indicate your preference when registering for this workshop.
Required Supplies:
6-8 postcards
Clear roll of packing tape (Scotch and Crystal Clear work well)
Scissors
Glue stick and/or Elmer's glue
Images of your choice that you wish to use on the postcards (Old books and atlases are an excellent source of material).
Rubber stamps, alphabet sets, ink pads

Please note: There are a few stairs to climb to get to the studio at Sisters Art Works.
