Strategic Plan

  In 2007 The SOAR Recreation District will be working to develop the District's first Strategic Plan. The Plan will be developed with involvement from Board members, staff and the community. It will serve as a blueprint for the District to direct the development of:

-Recreation program services for our growing community.

-Recreation facility development in the Sisters Area.

-Funding strategies to support programs and facilities.
