SOAR Recreation District Employee Benefits

Health Insurance

  The District offers Health Insurance for full time employees. The District provides a comprehensive health and vision program with Lifewise Insurance. Employees pay a small portion of the monthly premium and the District pays the remaining amount. Family members can be included in the program, and paid for by the employee.

SOAR District Programs

  Employees receive discounted rages for eligible programs (depending on the program). A list of program discounts is available from the office manager.

Personal Leave

  Full Time staff members receive between 8 - 18 days of personal leaven depending on their years of service. Personal leave days are designed to be flexible and can be used for any reason including illness and vacation.

Holidays

Full time employees receive the following paid holidays:

·         Fourth of July

·         Thanksgiving

·         Christmas
