Welcome to the SOAR Recreation District. We are your source for recreation, sports, enrichment and child-care programs in the Sisters area. We offer a wide variety of programs for all ages and interests, year round. We invite you to join us now to participate in our great programs. SOAR has set up a new on-line registration program to make your registration easy.  The program is called ACTIVE NET and is very easy to use.  Set up an account and you'll be ready to register at your convenience at any time.

Follow these simple steps to access ON LINE REGISTRATION:

• Click on REGISTRATION Sisters Recreation On-Line Registration    
• REQUEST ACCOUNT:  Creating an account will only take a few minutes.  You'll need  a Visa, Master Card, American Express Card, or a debit card.  Once you have set up an account, you do not need to repeat this step.  There is no cost to create an account and you are not obligated to proceed or register for a program.  Once you have created your account, you will be able to manage your entire family's schedule, dates and locations of your program, account status, and other important information.
• VIEW PROGRAMS: Review the program listings and click on the program you wish to register for.  (NOTE: To view classes/activities you do not need an account)
• RECEIPT:  You will receive an email confirming your new account.

 There is a small convenience fee to use this service.
